The Sound# system allows you to set a decibel level that the amplifier uses to regulate the sound level across all 7 speakers (master volume function with automatic adjustments). Your defaults control how much sound comes from each speaker. Turning the Sound# system off allows you to manually adjust the master volume control.
An automatic mute function can be enabled so that leaning forward in your seat mutes the sound and getting in your seat turns it on. Plugging in your headphones automatically mutes the head and arm speakers and can engage Dolby virtual speaker. Plugging in a local sound source (MP3 player) automatically substitutes for the global sound source for only the seat you are in.
Each speaker has independent mixer and EQ functions to create unparalleled personal surround sound. Up to 8 channels of audio data (from up to two different sources) can be mixed and filtered for each speaker. You can create Sound-in-Sound to match Picture-in-Picture.
You can individualize the vibratory level using the individual seat and spine speaker adjustments (volume, mix, and EQ), sonic massage generators, and/or the Body# system—creates vibratory frequencies from higher frequency sound, which can be mixed into the seat and spine speaker signals.
